State Inspection was written and Directed by Huntington filmmaker David Smith. It was a collaboration with Mountain Craft Production. David's previous work includes a handful of no-budget features and loads of shorts. This film was shot in a single day and edited to completion in only a few days. It was made specifically to be entered into the Cut to the Chase Film Festival in Shepherdstown, WV.
